What is the COBALI?
The Comité du bassin versant de la rivière du Lièvre (COBALI) (Lievre River Watershed Committee) is an issue table, and its mission is to protect, improve and value the water resource of the Lièvre river, the Blanche river and Pagé Creek watersheds, and the related resources and habitats, in a context of sustainable development and jointly with those involved in water issues.
